Felicity Sylvester IfL, Coordinator
Felicity has over 25 years experience of teaching and demonstrating seasonal local fish dishes. She is currently a tutor at Petroc college and as a former partner in a local trawler-local fish supply and fish & chip shop business in Appledore, has developed knowledge of the fish and shellfish caught locally in season. She has featured on BBC 2 and Channel 4 demonstrating local fish and shellfish. She is a qualified Town Planner and has worked in Community Development on several projects in North Devon in the past 30 years. She is a founder secretary of the Appledore Visual Arts Festival and has designed and delivered events and workshops for both the Appledore Arts and Book Festivals.

promoting educational, charitable and government organisations
in the UK and abroad and is an active community volunteer.

Stephen Perham, Associate
Stephen is a fifth generation fisherman:mainly shellfish and herrings, and the Clovelly Harbourmaster. He is always involved with the Clovelly Fish Festivals. He has developed a photographic archive of historic local fishing and Clovelly and owns one of the most recently built Picarooner, a traditional Clovelly fishing boat. He has appeared on TV programmes featuring Clovelly fishing.
